A man eating fish!

Have all the fish in the local stretch of the Edenbrook been eaten by our eastern european visitors?
Three times in the past couple of weeks I have caught very few fish, and seen very little fish activity, in the stretch of river that flows through Edenbridge. I see other anglers there that say the same thing.
Have we had a man eating fish on the banks of the river, I have notice a few fire pits on the bank, why can't they eat the signal crayfish and leave the fish alone?
In my country we catch and release! Is guhd jah!
